The first thing you do id find a well ventilated area to restore the furniture. Combine about two cups of low-phosphate with a cup of bleach. Apply the solution and scrub the furniture with good force. After doing this, rinse with clean water and let the furniture dry out for about three to four days. After all this is done, use the teak oil after shaking it well. Use a paint brush to apply it well. Make sure you wipe off any excess oil with a clean rug and let it dry overnight before using the furniture.
