Laminates – They have a common appearance as wood floors but their prices are a bit lower. Their prices are attractive and they are easily maintained. Replacement should be done after ten years though mopping is the only mode of cleaning.

Vinyl flooring – They are affordable and durable. To clean them you need mopping.
