When most people are carrying out remodeling exercises, the urge to throw out all the old pieces is overwhelming and as such, most things that could prove handy such as cabinet doors are thrown out too. However, this should not be the case. Cabinet doors can be used to make various items that can prove to be a necessity around the house.

With a maximum four cabinet doors, you can craft a toy box for your kids, by nailing them together on either sides and covering the top. Once you are done, you can either opt to paint it or not. Beautiful wall hangings can also be fashioned out of cabinet doors by removing the door knob and placing any form of art that you find appealing in a decorative manner.

Other crafts that can be made from this includes; stands, small kid tables and shoe racks. All you need is a little creativity to make the best out of old cabinet doors.
