Starting a home garden can be tricky if you do not know how to go about it. If you want to start a home garden, you should start with a small portion of approximately 25 or 30 feet square. This size is ideal for beginners as it can handle 30 plants that you can easily manage the plants without fail. Having a smaller size will not make you get worn out and you will not be having an unmanageable number of plants that need your attention.
Once you have gained the necessary experience required in gardening then you can now expand to the size you want. You can now start to buy your gardening supplies and seeds so that you can grow your own exotic flowers or vegetables. One step towards a clean garden is to prepare the land by getting rid of things like rocks, grass, debris and weeds.
